Kia ora and Welcome !
I am Sapna Kakroo from Auckland, energy packed city of New Zealand. My dream is to have my own business with low carbon footprints on this beautiful planet . I started my career around twelve years ago as an educator and then i continued my journey as a mother. Now i am on the path of fulfilling my ambitions.
The first step towards that was getting a formal education towards marketing and for that purpose i joined Unitec. Currently i am doing Graduate Diploma in business, specializing in Marketing. I was once a person who always resisted to transformations but my ongoing journey at Unitec has changed this attitude of mine. I am now more confident and ready to take challenges. I am also working at Concentrix Corporation as a technical support adviser.
Working at Concentrix has helped me gain valuable customer services experience with the knowledge in the field of mobile and computer technology.
My focus is to learn new skills regarding customer services while thriving in a team environment and complete my Graduate Diploma in business
I also work part time for Young Minds Unitec as a Marketing Consultant. In future, i would like to pursue my career in marketing with the customer services focus.
Something casual about me
As i am quite passionate about healthy and green living, i want to work and gain experience with similar industry.
I am originally from India and moved to New Zealand 5 years ago. That was a big challenge for me to settle down in a new country but i started volunteering at a non profit organisation where i made some lifetime friends and also learnt a lot about New Zealand and the work culture here. My personality is to learn from difficult situations, become stronger, both personally and professionally. Sometimes, i believe i welcome those hardships.
I started writing blogs so that i can share my feelings about health and green living with the community and how we can promote this using digital marketing. If you believe in healthy lifestyle, please follow my blogs and if you like them, feel free to comment. I would consider myself lucky if through my blogs i am able to benefit even a single person.
